Import feedback from a CSV file when you are moving from another tool or loading data from a spreadsheet.
You need the Import data permission to import. Admins have this by default.
CSV imports support files up to 10 MB and 50,000 rows (excluding the header row).

- Workspace Settings → Import Data → Import CSV
How It Works
Upload your CSV
Drop or select a .csv file with a header row.
Map your data
Match your CSV columns to Feedovate fields. Title, board, and status are required.For board and status values, link them to existing ones in your workspace or create new ones.
Review and import
Check the preview — how many items will be created, skipped as duplicates, or fail. Then click Start importing.

After Import
Imported feedback is private — it won’t appear on your public portal until you publish it from the admin Feedback view.
Rows with the same title on the same board are skipped as duplicates.
