- Navigate to Settings → Public Portal in your dashboard
- Make your changes
- Click Save Changes
- Your portal updates instantly at
yourproject.feedovate.com
Branding Your Portal
Make your portal feel like a natural extension of your product.Logo
Upload your company or product logo to appear in the portal header. Requirements:- Formats: PNG, JPG, or SVG
- Recommended Size: 200x200px or 200x50px (horizontal)
- Max File Size: 2MB
- Go to Settings → Public Portal
- Click Upload Logo under Branding
- Select your file
- Logo appears immediately
Project Name & Description
Your project name and description appear at the top of your portal.- Name: 1-100 characters (e.g., “Acme SaaS”)
- Description: Up to 500 characters (supports plain text)
Theme Settings
Choose how your portal looks to visitors.Light Theme
Clean, bright interface perfect for daytime browsing.
Dark Theme
Easy on the eyes with a modern dark aesthetic.
Theme choice is site-wide and affects all users. Users cannot currently switch between themes.

Custom Domain
Host your portal on your own domain instead ofyourproject.feedovate.com.
Setting Up a Custom Domain
Choose Your Domain
Decide on a subdomain like:
feedback.yourcompany.comideas.yourcompany.comcommunity.yourcompany.com
Add DNS Record
In your domain provider (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, etc.), add a CNAME record:
- Name:
feedback(or your chosen subdomain) - Value:
cname.feedovate.com - TTL: Auto or 3600
Update Feedovate Settings
- Go to Settings → Public Portal
- Under Custom Domain, enter your full domain:
- Click Save Changes
Custom domains are included with the Lifetime Plan.
Footer Customization
Add custom links to your portal footer.Adding Footer Links
- Go to Settings → Public Portal
- Scroll to Footer Links
- Click Add Link
- Enter:
- Label: Link text (e.g., “Privacy Policy”)
- URL: Full URL including
https://
- Click Save
- Up to 10 footer links
- Each label: max 50 characters
Auto-Approval Settings
