Sign Up Methods

Feedovate supports multiple sign-up methods for your convenience.

Email & Password

Enter your email, create a secure password, and verify your email address to get started.

Google OAuth

Click “Sign in with Google” to authorize Feedovate for instant, password-less access.

Email Verification

If you sign up via email, you must verify your address.
  1. Check your inbox for a verification email.
  2. Click the verification link.
  3. You will be redirected to your dashboard.
Didn’t receive the email? Check your spam folder or click “Resend verification email” on the dashboard.

Free Trial

All new accounts get a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card required.
During this trial, you enjoy:
  • Unlimited projects and team members
  • All integrations
  • Custom domain support
After the trial, you can upgrade to a paid plan, downgrade to the free Starter plan, or cancel anytime.

Initial Configuration

Follow these steps to configure your environment.

Complete Your Profile

Click your avatar in the top right and go to Account Settings.
  • Add your full name and profile picture.
  • Set your timezone and notification preferences.

Set Up Your Organization

Navigate to Settings → General.
  • Configure your Organization name.
  • Upload an Organization logo.
  • Set default settings for new projects.

Configure Notifications

Navigate to Settings → Notifications.
  • Enable/disable email or in-app notifications.
  • Select specific notification types (new feedback, comments, votes).

Security Settings

Password Management

To change your password:
  1. Go to Account Settings → Security.
  2. Click Change Password.
  3. Enter your current password, then your new password.

Active Sessions

Monitor your account security by managing sessions.
  1. Go to Account Settings → Security.
  2. View all active sessions.
  3. Click to revoke access from specific devices if recognized.

API Access

For developers needing programmatic access:
  1. Go to Settings → API.
  2. Generate an API key.
  3. Copy and store it securely (it will only be shown once).

Billing Setup

Manage your subscription and payment methods.
  1. Add Payment Method: Go to Settings → Billing, click “Add Payment Method,” and enter card details.
  2. Choose Interval: Select Monthly or Yearly (save 20%).
  3. Invoices: Access and download past invoices directly from the Billing tab.

Troubleshooting

Check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, request a new verification email from the login screen. If issues persist, contact support.
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, enter your email, and follow the reset instructions sent to your inbox.
If your account has been locked for security reasons, please contact support at [email protected] with your account email.
